The Gym at NY Dynamo is open to all local athletes no matter what sport or where you play. Please sign up for sessions online prior to arrival, we expect our small group sessions to sell out quickly:
Recommended gym sessions for athletes:
- Ages 15+ : 4-5 days per week
- Ages 11-14 : 3-4 days per week
- Ages 7-10 : 2 days per week
