Capital Hockey Academy is a hockey training program located in Clifton park, NY. All of our programs incorporate specific strategies in order to help players perform to the best of their ability. We help you develop an efficient stride, advanced edge-work, agility, and complete control. We utilize HealthPlex Fitness and the Capital Arena to make the next best hockey player. Our state of the art programs ultimate goal is to help you become faster, stronger and more confident!

To become the benchmark of a hockey organization and sports health franchise by providing leadership, development and life skills to all our members (Players, coaches and parents) for lifelong enjoyment and success in hockey and athletics.
